• Virginia

  Virginia also protects: elderliness (age 55 and older), source of funds, sexual orientation, gender identity, and military status.

• Change the terms, conditions, or services offered based on a protected characteristic
• Deny that housing is available when it is, based on a protected characteristic
• Engage in "steering," directing buyers or renters toward or away from neighborhoods based on protected characteristics
• Provide false or misleading information about available housing based on a protected characteristic
